Terms
By using Caesura you agree to what is written here. If something is unclear, ask before relying on it.
This is a pre-beta draft, written in plain language and pending legal review. It describes how Caesura works today.
What Caesura is
A tool that adds a voluntary pause before checkout and helps you organise items you are considering. It is not financial advice, and it does not move money or make purchases for you.
What Caesura does not do
It does not block, delay, or alter any purchase or payment. It does not read or change checkout forms or a store's transaction. Whether and what you buy is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your access secure, use Caesura only for its intended purpose, and don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Notes, bag names, and decisions you enter stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and show them back to you across your devices.
Availability
Caesura is offered as-is during a private beta. Features may change or break, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from purchases you choose to make or not make.
Changes
We will update these terms as the product grows and will note when they last changed. Continuing to use Caesura after a change means you accept it.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your data as described in the Privacy page.
